It it took a while but now it's here.

A Flat Sanctuary Hill.
 With a whole bridge.

The more I work with the creation kit,
 the more I learn that i hate it!

So do not expect to much with navmeshing.
 But It should work.

I know that there are at least 3 issues.

One.
You HAVE to start a new game.
since there is a script for the workshop,
  that apparently do not want to start unless with a new game.
Sadly i don't know enough about modding/scripting to fix that.


Two.
It takes a long time for settlers to get to Sanctuary.
If at all for some reason.
 So i recommend getting the Synth production mod. link beneath.

Three.
I tried to fix the LOD.

But the !#¤%& Creation kit keep crashing,
 as soon i press generate.

So i give up at that front.
