I've always treated Vault 88 as a lower settling compared to other mods that allowed Vaults to be built (so I had the ambition to do Vault 120, but I did not have the knowledge to complete it). So I made some small changes to the Vault 88's building area, eliminating some piles of concrete and pulling back some walls. It's no big deal, but it's a valuable space. The changes were made only in the first construction area. I tested, and found no problem.
NOTE: I made this mod before entering the Vault 88 for the first time ('Vault-Tec Calling' quest). But I think that does not change anything in later saves.
