Fix for Animated Chems - re-done by Flipdeezy

Fix mechanism for Jet effects so that chem-duration-prolonging effects will apply now.
Restore duration of some chems that was increased by original author to vanilla values.

This is a very immersive mod that adds animations for most of the chems.



Modifications to the ORIGINAL MOD (2 things):

1. Chem-duration-prolonging effects (ex. BioCommMesh) will apply to Jet effects (slow time) correctly now.

Original author handled slow time effects by adding a constant ability for set amount of time, and then removing it through a script.
Problem was, the effect that contains the script did not have "ChemEffect" keyword; this made chem-duration-prolonging effects to overlook the slow time effect.
Even if the keyword was there, the effect that contains the script had extra 5 seconds to execute animation, so you would have gotten more slow time duration than usual. (ex. 2.5s more for 50% chem duration increase)
I've re-written the script so that it casts the vanilla Jet effect; now chem-duration-prolonging effects will apply correctly, and is compatible with any mods that alter the underlying Jet effect. (NOT with mods that alter Jet and related items itself!)


2. Chem duration that was (somewhat arbitrarily) increased by the original author was reduced back to vanilla values.



Customizing:

You'd need to learn how to use FO4Edit or CreationKit.
If you use other mods that alter Jet duration, or simply want to have a longer slow time effect, find two Spells (actually the only two added/modified by the mod) and modify duration of their only effect:

AA_JetSlowtimeSpell - for regular Jet duration (10s)
AA_JetSlowtimeSpell15s - for combined Jets such as BuffJet, etc. (15s)
