This mod adds the Targeting HUD, Recon Sensors, and/or Night Vision to eyewear. The normal stat-boosts (+1 Cha, +1 Per) have not been removed.  

Version 1.3.5 adds a Detect Friendly effect to Targeting HUD Eyewear.
1.3.5 is not compatible with mods that alter the Targeting HUD effect.

Targeting HUD = Red scan-lines over all living creatures (friendly or not). 
Recon Sensors = Red diamond mark that only tracks hostile targets upon aiming at them. AKA: the same effect as using a recon scope, but with any ranged weapon/scope.
Night Vision = Brighter vision, able to see much better in the dark.

How to obtain: 

Open your console with ~
enter help "itemname" 4  (itemname = a name from the list above)
Find your item with the appropriate suffix and note the ID Number.
enter player.additem IDNumber 1
Close your console with ~
