Edits Skinny Malone to look the low down gangster scum that he is, while remaining faithful to his original design and character. Skinny's also been working on his physique at the local diner. Now all the comments about Skinny's weight make sense, as he is now a big fella, as opposed to slightly overweight as in vanilla.         
Possibly out of scope, I've also edited his "Mob Boss" perk to give him a bit more toughness, to make the Vault 114 boss fight more challenging.
