Commonwealth Gun Control
What this mod is: 
Commonwealth Gun Control is designed from the ground up as a framework for any and all Firearm mods, but also functions on its own as a standalone mod. After the bugs are worked out I will make this available to all mod authors, as a quick and easy way to add new guns and non-craftable mods to the commonwealth!

What this mod does right now:
Currently this mod does 3 major things, which will be explained in detail below.

- Adds a w.i.p. gun "Quality" system to all the guns listed below. Ranging from Worn, Standard, Superior, High-Quality and Custom. This scale morphs with the players level starting at level 25, in theory the higher your level the higher chance better quality guns will spawn. For example a High-End 10mm would be much better than a Worn 10mm.

- Removes the ability to craft gun mods for the weapons listed below. This is now replaced by the chance to find mods by exploring. Check everywhere, you never know where a gun mod could be hiding! Also added to this list are "Quality Parts" which range from Standard to High-End. Collect enough of these to upgrade the "Quality" of your existing guns at a weapons workbench!

- Sets a framework for modders to easily add their custom mods to a universal leveled list that is deeply integrated into the system. More details and tutorials will come after the beta testing is finished. Currently only one gun is added into this list, a generic deliverer named .38 pistol for testing purposes.

What guns are currently integrated:
Currently only the pre-war guns are integrated in this system, if there is enough demand for certain guns to be added I will add them as it grows.

- .44 Pistol
- 10mm Pistol
- Deliverer
- .38 Pistol
- Western Revolver
- Assault Rifle
- Combat Rifle
- Handmade Rifle
- Hunting Rifle
- Lever-Action Rifle
- SubmachineGun
- Combat Shotgun
- Double Barrel Shotgun
- Minigun
- Missile Launcher
- FatMan

This list will change as new guns are integrated.

Requirements
All of the Vanilla DLC's
If there is enough interest I can make standalone versions excluding certain dlcs, however at this point I am gonna assume everyone has all of them anyway.

Important Info
- To request a new Vanilla gun to be added, please fill it out as a Bug report with the name of the weapon as the title. PLEASE check and make sure someone has not already suggested the gun before requesting it! If you see your gun posted, comment on it. If it grabs enough attention i will add it in.
This is to help everyone keep track of the progress of the mod, and the guns added or being added.

- To Modders: If you are interested in adding your gun, or would be willing to give permission to have your gun included in this mod, please PM me.

- To Console Users: After this mod is polished and out of beta, I may attempt to bring it to consoles.

Changes
V1.10 - Implements suggestions from mochaman to make the mod less about damage, and more about the handling/accuracy of the weapons. Each version of the weapon now feels different.
