Adds the FNH FNX-45 Tactical to the Commonwealth. Plus unique High-End variant.

IMPORTANT
Version 1.50 will require you to UNINSTALL all prior versions first, and may require a clean install!
First off, this is my first conversion so there is bound to be some mistakes, please feel free to leave any feedback good or bad.
Im not gonna bore you with a copy paste from wikipedia on the history of the FNH FNX-45, instead ill keep this short and sweet.
- The basic model has been added to leveled lists via script, along with a chance of the High-End appearing. Check raiders, gunners and even some innocent civilians.
- A teaser from one of my personal mods, you cannot craft mods for this gun, instead you must find them! Look everywhere, even trashcans.. Gives a reason to explore everything. Depending on how this is received, I may release the full mod eventually.
- Includes custom No Bloom GlowSights in a small variety, and some basic mods including a No Glare Reflex Sight.
- Uses deliverer anims, so no visual reload unless you have a animation replacer installed.
