Cleans up the Switchboard location and turns it into a fully functional settlement (Map Marker, Supply Lines, Farming etc)
Compatibility
It's probably best to install this after doing the "Tradecraft" quest and looting the entire Switchboard. I left Carrington's prototype and the magazine untouched, but you never know and I might have just broken the quest. To be on the safe side, only install this mod AFTER doing the quest.
Installation
Vortex: Install as usual.
Manual: Extract into the Data folder and activate Clean Switchboard.esp

PS4: Unavailable due to lack of archive suport :-(
Disclaimer
I was inspired to make this mod after playing with Virulent Void's Switchboard Cleanup, but not being satisfied by his choice of lightning. I did this mod from scratch but both are pretty much the same, so test both and choose which one you like best :-)
