Institute Director's Quarters cleaned up and improved.

As the Institute's director you can afford the best. All DLCs are required.
An attempt to improve the Player's Institute home. Screenshots should be descriptive enough.
WARNING: DO NOT ENABLE THIS MOD UNTIL YOU COMPLETE "NUCLEAR FAMILY" QUEST. If you do, your game will be totally screwed up.
Once you become Institute's Director it is totally safe to enable.
Optional file "CLOSED SHUTTERS" allows you some privacy by lowering metal shutters.
Please put Director's Quarters Redefined as the last to load. If you do not, all of the default object in the directors quarters will be present as well, creating godawful mess (if any of your other mods change anything Institute Concourse)
Mods like Lowered Weapons will not interfere with mine. I always put mine to load last and it does not cause any issues, because this mod only moves things around in the Institute - nothing else.
I used Elianora's Potted Plants in 2.0 version. (Thank you Eli for your work)
