"The Caesar Has Marked You For Death, And The Legion Obeys!"
Do you miss the good old days of Fallout 3 and New Vegas, where you'd get mercilessly hunted down by groups of assassins from the various factions you'd somehow managed to make enemies of? Well then this is the mod for you! (Actually, the mod for you would be one where the CURRENT factions of the game send out assassins, but this one is close!)
This mod adds in a respawning group of four player-leveled Legion Assassins, who will track you down, yell at you, then try to kill you. The "lead" Assassin (the one who actually has lines) is set to level to the player at 3/4 their current level, with the other three set to level at 1/2 their current level. The Assassins will spawn in fairly close to your current location, then track you down, just like in New Vegas. Also like in New Vegas, they will not become hostile until after they deliver their message (unless you shoot them, obviously). *Unlike* New Vegas, though, you won't need to get on any faction's bad side for them to start showing up. Once you have the mod loaded in, they'll start hunting you down. And they'll keep coming back until you disable it!
For the base version of the mod, the Assassins will initially spawn in 10 minutes after you've loaded up the game, and will continue to respawn every 10 minutes of non-paused playtime that goes by. There are also three optional versions of the mod that change the respawn times to 5 minutes, 30 minutes, and 1 hour.
INSTALLATION
Download the version you want to use, then install either using a program like Nexus Mod Manager or manually by placing the files from the "Data" folder in the .zip into your Fallout 4 "Data" folder.
If you experience issues with the textures of the Legion armor, you may need to unpack the "LAM - Textures.ba2" folder, using an archive extraction program, such as Bethesda Archive Extractor.
