As per request, subtly edits MacCready to make him look more like a mercenary, as well as evening out some strange misproportions in his face. (He was a bit rodent like to be honest.)              
Added benefit of fixing some clipping with his hat
Two options available(For now):

Subtle MacCready: Facial hair kept vanilla, and more loyal to his in game design, overall less misproportioned and rodent like than vanilla, with no more hat clipping, features made a little sharper and textures a little rougher, MacCready now looks more like an actual mercenary.

Concept Art MacCready: A rougher mercenary with a hard stubble and sharp features, as seen in his concept art. Stays as true as possible to his in game features while giving him the appearance he has in the concept art. Looks a hardened mercenary.

Both options keep MacCready's age, so even though he's more rough featured, he still looks as young as he is
