Movable PA Frames:
Random leveled frames scattered across the wasteland
NPC frames - Gunner PA, Raider PA, BOS PA, etc
Unique NPC frames - Clint's PA, Maxson's PA, etc
Tesla PA from Automatron
Vim! and Vim! Refresh PA from Far Harbour
Overboss, Nuka Cola, and Nuka Cola Quantum PA from Nuka World
Notes:
PA frames can be stored in the workshop, but not retrieved
All PA frames are tagged with the UnscrappableObject keyword to prevent accidental scrapping
