Moves the Charisma Bobblehead from its vanilla location to an ironic new home somewhere in Diamond City.
Why? The Charisma Bobblehead is in an inconvenient location that you can't access until a certain arbitrary point in the game. That's annoying if you need that extra SPECIAL point to complete your build. As such, I've moved the Bobblehead to an easily accessible location in Diamond City. Search for it in the most ironic location possible.
My other mod: Flat Idiot Savant
