These are LOD texture files converted to Targa format.

This mod is just the texture files needed in order to generate LOD for your custom worldspace. If you are not building a custom worldspace in the creation kit then you do not need these files.
LOD Texture Files:
Place these textures in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Source\TGATextures. You should now be able to generate LOD. You might still need to unpack your LOD .nif files. After generation, you will still need to convert your terrain and objects textures to .dds format and copy back to your fallout/data directory.
