Silencers now do not affect the range of fire. In real life, they don't decrease the range of the gun, as it is a kind of a barrel extender. Actually silencers increase the range of the gun by a little bit. But i thought that would be too much, so i just removed range decrease from silencers. Did it for myself, decided to share with the rest.

Installation
Drop .esp to Fallout 4/data folder. Activate the mod via Nexus Mod Manager or your own preferred mod manager.

Uninstallion
Uninstall via Nexus Mod Manager or delete the files you installed with this mod from your Fallout 4/data folder.
