If Fallout4Custom.ini does not exist, create it !

ISSUE
When you use the Surgeon or Baber in-game, camera not show your player correctly.
To fix this you can use the mod "Barber and Surgeon Camera Fix" avaliable on nexus to switch automatically between TRUE and FALSE for the CameraNodeAnimation value.
