V2 of the previous blueprint, with added building, navmesh fixes

Permissions and credits
V2 - Fixes, additional building, navmesh improvements.
 - Another storefront replaced.
 - bath house added
 - guard tower added
 - boat cabin guard tower at gate replaced ... navmesh issues
 - various tweaks


Just as overall clean-up of one of my favorite settlements.   1,100 items exported.  I left most of the frills out of this one, I assume if anyone is interested in it, it will be for repaired /added buildings.  No complex electrical either.  


1. Warehouse has been completely rebuilt, second floor added.  Functional barn doors added on both ends. 
2. The main building has been replaced ( HZS Office and Stores )
3. Built a new building,  added in place of a "fake" one ( Snappy_HouseK )
4. Fish Farms added ( g2m_Workshop_Nexus - Also Guard Posts )
5. Fenced-Off with ( PCDugBuildAWall )
6. Caravan Stalls ( Thematic and Practical )
7. Solar panels ( SymbioticSettlements & "Solar Power" )

That covers most of the mods needed to get the important stuff. The rest is primarily decoration.
