Whoops! Forgot that Vanilla Extensions does some screwball things with the snap points for certain items. Uploaded a new version without that mod that fixes the railings. Sorry the three people who already downloaded it.

Are you like me in that you enjoy creating settlements but don't really have the patience to get them off the ground? Perhaps you don't like settlement building at all but you also don't want to look at a monolithic concrete eyesore? Perhaps you want to get a settlement started and populated while you do something else with the idea of coming back to it? If any of these are for you then take a look at these blueprints! They are mostly vanilla, requiring only Wasteland Workshop, Far Harbour, and the mod Thematic and Practical for the furniture.

Please note, there is not a NMM download button for the simple reason that there will be more settlements than transfer slots, so there will be a bit of shuffling around if you want to use them all. Currently, take whatever settlement you want out of the zip file and plunk it into \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints\#.

There were several ideas I had in mind with these:

1.) They had to be lore friendly(ish), so no undamaged pre-war structures or concrete skyscrapers.
2.) They had to be easy(ish) for untrained settlers to construct with what materials are at hand.
3.) They had to be reasonably compact and have few parts so people can get them in their games quickly. For example, my Sanctuary keep only requires scrapping one wrecked house.
4.) Most importantly, they had to have very little mod overhead. I'm like a lot of people in that I have a lot of mods, but I also don't at all want to push my mod choices on other people. There are a lot of very good blueprints that require dozens of mods I never heard of. I don't want to download a bunch of mods for one or two objects in one settlement I'll never visit again. To that end, I tried very very hard to eliminate ALL mods from my build. There is still one, but vanilla furniture just SUCKS in comparison, so I included it.

The ultimate goal is to have a lore-friendly compact, complete, building in EVERY settlement location. Locations currently finished:

Sanctuary
Red Rocket (Ran into the limit pretty hard on this one. It's not as good IMO)
Starlight Drive-in

Each bailey will be set up for 12 settlers with enough water and crops to support them. They also have NO electricity to mess around with (so you have to supply your own beacon). With 18 points worth of manned guard posts and 32 points worth of turrets, they're unlikely to be attacked. Plus, only five settlers have jobs initially (so if Preston and Mama Murphy would actually work for their board you wouldn't need any others to fully man the keep), so you have seven settlers you can give whatever jobs you want to.

Scrapping Requirements:

Sanctuary: The wrecked house immediately to the left of the workbench and all the junk lying on the ground near it.
Red Rocket: The vehicle near the billboard.
Starlight: The vehicles in between the water and the screen.

Now on to the sales pitch!

For the low low price of NOTHING you get a genuine wasteland recreation of a wooden bailey! Your settlers can live with ALL the benefits of 9th century living!

Including:

BIG WOODEN WALLS!

TORCHES!

FIREPLACES!

CROPS!

OTHER FIREPLACES YOU CAN COOK IN!

It's also guaranteed to be drafty and cold! Your settlers will love it!
