Turn those ugly yellow and green rags into ugly camo and blue rags.

Something I spent way too many hours on when I should have been sleeping.
The diffuse no longer opens in photoshop for me, so if something looks off, I can't really fix it.
It should work just fine in-game, regardless (hopefully).

I wanted something for my character to run around in that showed off her vault roots while still being raggedy and somewhat inconspicuous.
Enjoy (or don't).

It replaces resident6 diffuse, normal, and specular ("hooded rags" in game) textures for both male and female.
Not upscaled/HD.
Does not effect meshes.
May look different depending on the mesh you use (Vanilla, CBBE, etc.).
