Finch farm using my style of vault inspired settlements. Built above the bridge at finch farm. A very large area available. If you want to add to it you might want to use a mod that gives more settlement budget. I like ot use: Settlement Resources Rebalanced All that is needed is Transfer Settlements Here is my video of it:
