No longer being maintained as of Horizon 1.2

I feel Horizon has made enough changes to power armor to no longer warrant external mods covering power armor mods.  I'll leave this patch up in case anyone wants to use older Horizon versions or wants to take over but I will no longer be making updates.

Unofficial patch for Some Assembly Required (plus optional DLC from Some Assembly Required (Legendary Patch)), Better Power Armor, Raider Overhaul (just the power armor aspect of it), and Power Armor Materials And Paints and Horizon.

This is considered a BETA until I am convinced there are no bugs or inconsistencies.  If you find any bugs or inconsistencies please report via the bug tracking tab.  I only offer support for the latest version of the above listed mods.  If you're using an older version of either I offer no support.

Summary:
All power armor has had their radiation resist lowered to Horizon's standard 15.

If you're running Raider Overhaul, the repair and construction cost of power armor upgrades have been retooled with SAR in mind.

If you're running both PAMAP and Raider Overhaul you can also paint and line your armor with whatever materials you want.

Experimental SAR + BPA Balances:
If you're like me and think SAR + BPA = overpowered power armor, even with the ridiculous maintenance cost, I also included an optional set of balance patches which greatly reduce the damage resist of all power armor and place their health somewhere between vanilla and SAR.  These changes were largely inspired by Better Power Armor's own experimental balance mod.

Raider power armor has the lowest damage resist, maxing at a measly 20 per piece (even after upgrades) but is compensated by significantly larger health pools (after upgrades) than the other power armors.  This is to reflect the fact that your raider armor is literally steel duct taped together.  You can keep strapping steel onto your power armor frame, but it should also be shedding metal left and right during combat!

The other power armor have slightly less health pool ranges but greatly increased damage resist in comparison to the raider set.  This in theory leads to a natural progression of Raider < T45 < T51 < T60 < X01.

Let me know if you agree/disagree with these changes as they are extremely experimental at this point.  I'll probably end up hitting Energy resistances in a future patch, but maybe not.

Mods I considered but didn't include:
I started out with Impervious Power Armor in here as well but found power armor to be absurdly powerful even without IPA, and the unfixable "you get healed by small arms fire" bug tipped the scale in favor of not including it in the patches.  If you want to patch it yourself it's not that hard to do in FO4Edit.

It was also incredibly frustrating to fight that set of raider power armor in Lexington as a level 5 player...  I might be upset still...
