Tenpines Bluff is now a better protected outpost. I like making detailed oriented settlements but I know that it tends to be a little unpopular when lots of mods are used to create settlements,  so if you can live without the details just use the ones with the * and decorate the rest yourself the way you see fit with the mods your comfortable with.
