This is my 2nd export worth uploading. Simular in style to my Vault 88 blueprint. But still much different. On the beach of spectacle island. With a nice porch area actually over the water. Plenty of food,water,power,defense. 20+ beds. All crafting and stores. Rec area. Private quarters. (Well as private as it gets with settlers always wanting to hang out there. lol.) I used the "Scrapall" console command as I usually do. I am not sure if it is really needed for anyone wanting to use this. Might be a tree or 2 in the way but I think thats it. Fairly simple to wire.
