So we all remember this guy, right?
Remember the sound his helmet made when he turned it on?
(If not, it's totally okay! I'm crazily detail sensitive like that haha!)

Anyways, to quit dressing this up, this is really just a tiny mod that replaces the sound of the default light up effect, to the optics activation sound you hear in the intro of New Vegas. Please note, that if you're not wearing your Riot Helmet, you'll still hear it when you're using your PipBoy, Mining Helmet, Power Armor, etc. If that's a turn off for you, then dodge this mod... sorry. Again, it's a very subtle mod, but thought maybe others would maybe have some interest in it.
YOU DO NOT NEED THE RIOT ARMOR FOR THIS MOD TO WORK. IT SIMPLY REPLACES A VANILLA SOUND EFFECT. NO TECH, ALL ROLEPLAY.
