Some people requested metal sounds generated by the rusting houses suppressed in Sanctuary Hills. Apparently if one demolishes all pre-war houses and builds a shining city on the hill, the sound of stressed metal remains. No more! Now Sanctuary Hill is going to be quiet. Voila - Enjoy The Silence!
