Sanctuary Hills - Shanty Town like it's supposed to be!

This is a project I've been working on for a while now, I'm posting it here for myself to use in other saves and for others who enjoy the look and wish to use it as a foundation to work on.
It doesn't require DLC's but it does require various mods.
