Removes armor turning it into Operators Skirt.
Two options:
Underarmor, 8WT, 3 Damage Protection, 3 Energy Protection, can equip outer armor.
Cosmetic. Price, weight, defence and other stats are exactly the same as vanilla, can't equip torso and leg outer armor.
