Small outpost base in the very corner of Sanctuary.

The building is next to the river near the shopping trolley. It is small with no decorations. a Few turrets, some power, food, water and a bed should help to start the base of with. There is a power "duct" from the bottom to the roof to help get the power to the roof.
Lots of space for player inside outpost to decorate.
Needed to run the blueprint:
DLC - Wasteland Workshop
- Far Harbour
Mods - Transfer settlements
- Scrap Everything (Or something to remove the bushes)
