Gas Mask Hat Fix

Description
Allows for use of hats while wearing the Gas mask with goggles, as well as the regular Gas Mask. It just changes the equip slots for the item to allow for hat use.
Installation
Install with your preferred mod manager, or manually extract the archive to your data folder.
Uninstalling
Use the standard uninstall process for the mod manager that you installed this mod with.
If the mod was installed manually, remove the file: "Fallout4\Data\Gasmask Fix.esp"
Known Issues
Some smaller hats will have very minor clipping when wearing with the gas-mask. From what I have tested, its only really the baseball hat, bowler hat, and formal hat where this occurs. There is nothing I can do about this, so just don't wear those hats with the gas mask if you do not want clipping.
