this mod isn't working.
Adds an underground Settlement near the Sanctuary Bridge!

I'm Sorry this mod isn't working!
I gave it my all but i cannot get it to work right.
anyone may download and edit it via creation kit if they please.
I can't get the cell to be "cleared" of enemies without breaking the mod completely.
The Main File!
Pretty simple mod, all it does is add an underground bunker right after the Sanctuary Bridge!
Just like my other mod its a workbench and a decent sized settlement area!
Also includes a fuse-box that generates Power!
Fully nav-meshed and able to recruit settlers!
V1.4
expanded area to plant food and place dirt based water pumps!
fixed more seam issues.
there is absolutely no source of light present anymore (being underground and all).
a few floor tiles collision have been fixed.
darker interiors is fully integrated in v1.4
and should be uninstalled.
