Puts a non-settlement (Airport/Mechanist Layer) workbench outside Vault 88. Should Auto supply line to Vault 88, Recommend activating after enabling the vault workshop.
Haven't tested but using the following console command on the workshop should enable the missing items.
Addkeyword WorkshopWorkbenchTypeSettlement
If requested I can make a selectable install with the full settlement. The new version is a full settlement, I think everything is lined up correctly. I had some issues with the settlement not initializing. If the fast travel mat doesnt work then it didnt fire correctly.
Additional Notes: There is a special item called drainage pump. Build this, enter and exit the vault to activate it. It drains the water and removes the large whole area minor rad effect.
The settler bodies can be "Scrapped" for a burial note. If you have one or more of these and a shovel in your inventory the a grave will show under the special menu. (Can only be placed on dirt) Doesn't have any game effects, just an optional RP thing.
This should be compatable with consoles, I'll be uploading versions once I make the necessary tweaks.
