Due to a request I made this little mod as a POC. This chem grants full immunity to staggering, but at a higher risk of addiction and the side effects of Med-X. If it works properly I might add this one to my Totally Safe MediPack, can't let good chems go to waste after all. :D
For testing purposes only at the moment. If it works I'll pimp it up a bit and make it a more useful chem.
