Before the Great War, Vault-Tec was commissioned by the American government to build 122 vaults "ProjectSafehouse"
At the same time, Vault-Tec in collaboration with Commonwealth Institute of Technology or "C.I.T" built others vaults which were part of “Project Harmony”. A series of small vaults in USA to contribute to the well-being of the wealthiest landowners.
