This is a simple bugfix for the bug of Paul Pembrooke not attending the drug deal in the "Diamond City Blues" quest. Sometimes he will just disappear (killed, usually, but you will rarely find the body).

I had this bug myself, and was able to fix it this way. For whatever reason, Paul is protected in the Creation Kit, but he can still die during the quest, which bugs the quest. He also cannot be set to essential within the game using the console. 

Basically what I have done here is make Paul essential in the creation kit, and also set to respawn so even if the essential flag didn't take (so he will come back until he is able to complete the quest).

Put LAST in load order. Once you had completed "Diamond City Blues" and Paul becomes a bar owner, you can safely uninstall this mod.

INSTALLATION: Just use NMM, or drop the esp into your data folder. Last in load order. Doesn't conflict with anything.
