About this mod
Each power armor model drains fusion cores at different rates.

Background
While working on one of my mods, I learned that the Devs may have initially designed power armor to degrade the "health" of fusion cores at different rates based on model type http://imgur.com/GUmq9rh. After digging some more, it doesn't look like this was actually implemented into the game, so this tiny mod does just that.
Method
It would have been super-duper easy for the Devs to attach each "enchantment" to the appropriate power armor torso piece, but if I did that this mod could potentially conflict with others. Instead, I created a hidden perk added to the player as soon as they start the game after installing the mod. When the player has a power armor torso of a given model equipped you will notice your character has a new perk called Fuel Efficiency and the Fusion Core should drain slower as follows:
T45 = 10% slower
T51 = 20% slower
T60 = 30% slower
X01 = 40% slower
Considerations/Compatibility

Considerations/Compatibility
- These, obviously, don't come into consideration if the player is just wearing a power armor frame with no armor pieces attached.
- Raider power armor was not included in this scheme by the Devs, so I didn't include it either.
- This mod should work for power armor included in any of the DLCs.
- This mod should play nice with all other mods.
