The waterlogged basement at Croup Manor has a useable weapons workbench, this mod links the weapons workbench to the workshop upstairs.
This has been done using the Creation Kit and making a single update adding a Linked Ref entry for workbenchWeaponsB in the interior CroupManor01 with a Keyword value of WorkshopItemKeyword and a Reference of CroupManorWorkshopREF.
This mod will be incompatible with any mod which replaces the basement or the workbench object.
