Sanctuary, Red Rocket, Concord all as one big city you say? hell yes i say. I added a wall around all these areas to create one massive city for us all to build in, all areas are workbench accessable!.
My main goal is to put this onto consoles, im pretty sure i have an ideal way to actually get this to work onto xbox one (PS4 i do

My main goal is to put this onto consoles, im pretty sure i have an ideal way to actually get this to work onto xbox one (PS4 i don't know yet). Ill have further info on this when i continue testing in the next two weeks.
HOW TO INSTALL
Place file into your save location (Most Likely C Drive for you guys)
\Users\(YOURUSERNAME)\Documents\my games\Fallout4\Saves
IMPORTANT
This cannot be added to your pre existing saves, im sorry but thats how it is until geck is released. So this is just a level 1 save straight at the character edit in vault 111 for you to create your new wanderer and have this massive city ready for you as soon as you leave.
To spawn settlers to make your city feel more alive use the console command
Player.placeatme 20593
To build within the city walls you must have TGM enabled in console otherwise it should not work.

FUTURE PLANS
If my idea works to indeed get this to work on consoles, i will add pre built houses, traders ect and even make all the interiors inside of the city editable.(THIS INCLUDES CONCORD ENTERABLE BUILDINGS)
