A modification to the Sniper perk to make rank 2 function like the "And Stay Back" perk from New Vegas, inspired by the original mod by Falconian.

What is this?
This is a reimagining, of sorts, of a mod originally made by Falconiano2 which you can find here. The original mod simply removes the requirement for aiming down the sights as well as the requirement for the weapon having a scope attached. This version changes rank 2 of the perk so that rather than affecting all non-automatic rifles, it only affects shotguns, as well as removing the two aforementioned requirements. Like Falconian's version, there are two options: a 15% chance (same as the vanilla perk), and a
30% chance (to emulate how the perk functioned in New Vegas). This plugin was made from scratch and does not use anything from Falconian's mod, because I highly doubt I could get in contact with him to ask for permission to modify his considering he was last active in December of 2015, but I did take inspiration from his original version so if you like this mod I encourage you to give him kudos.

I've tested it ingame, and while I didn't test every single weapon type, I did test the most common and found that, as intended, the perk only applied to shotguns. It did not apply to automatic weapons, nor rifles, nor handguns, nor anything else that was not a shotgun. Note that I changed the chance to 100% during testing, so that any weapons that were affected would knock targets back every single time - it's not like I just didn't test a certain type enough times, if it was being affected I would have known immediately. That being said, I didn't test every weapon type so it may still apply the chance to a weapon type that it isn't intended to. If this is the case, please report it in the bugs section.

Is this compatible with shotguns added by mods?

Yes, with one caveat - the weapon must have the "WeaponTypeShotgun" keyword. I checked all of the shotgun mods I have installed, and only two did not feature the necessary keyword: Undyne777's Lever-Action Shotgun and Covadonga's Remington 870 (the Benelli M3 might also be missing the keyword, but I don't have it installed). The latter is instead tagged as "WeaponTypeSniper," but all you have to do is change it to "WeaponTypeShotgun" (or add it as a new keyword) which anyone with FO4Edit can do. On the inverse, here are some popular shotgun mods that did feature the keyword and thus were affected by the perk: DOOMBASED's Catalyst AAS, Undyne777's MP-153, Ajhakra's M1014, DeadPool2099's Hunting Shotgun, and more. On the whole, it is more likely that a shotgun mod will be compatible than it is that it won't be, but if there are any you're unsure about you can always check their keywords in FO4Edit.

Is this compatible with mods that remove level requirements for perks?
There are optional versions available for those who would like to use this in conjunction with mods that remove level requirements for perks. As far as I know, that should be the only potential conflict, but if you use any other mod that modifies rank 2 of the Sniper perk (like, say, the original version made by Falconiano2) there will obviously be a conflict. If you use these versions, make sure to load them after the plugin for removing perk requirements in your load order.
