This mod makes the Concord group obedient by removing the hammering markers from the house in Sanctuary.

The worst thing about Sanctuary is that you have your home plagued by 5 NPCs you absolutely have no control over. Those being Marcy, Jun, Preston, Mama Murphy and Sturges. You can assign them to anything and everything, but they will never stay where you tell them to stay. Instead they'll always be hammering that house down the street. No longer!
This is a simple mod which does only one thing; removes the 7 markers in Sanctuary that play that hammering animation. The result is that they finally act as normal settlers. They'll walk around the settlement if unassigned and they'll obey your commands when you want them to obey. They will no longer abandon their posts so they can go hammer that house.
*IMPORTANT NOTES IF YOU ARE INSTALLING THIS DURING A PLAYTHROUGH*
I kept testing this tweak for 2 hours and the mod works perfectly. The group is walking around the settlement doing random stuff and finally obeying commands.
However, I recommend doing the following to install the mod :
1. - Before installing the mod, go to Sanctuary and un-assign them from any job you had them assigned to so that they'll go back to their idle process to hammer the house.
2. - Fast Travel somewhere far away from Sanctuary and save the game. Then you can install the mod and finally have fun. Go to Sanctuary and enjoy these 4 settlers which will now act like settlers and not as awful demons made to frustrate the hell out of you.
*You do not have to do this if you are starting a new playthrough with the mod already installed*
