This is multiple batch files. One to spawn the enemy (spawnXXXXX) and one to make it your follower (makefollower).

Put the zip file into your fallout folder and unzip. C:\programfiles\steam\steamapps\common\fallout 4 is the default

Just open your console command and type bat spawnclaw or what ever you want as a follower then leave the console. Once it is spawned open the console again and type bat makefollower and this will make him follow you and act like a deathclaw.  

I believe he takes over for your other follower though so if you try to get your's back he may just stand there in sanctuary and not follow you any more. If that's the case use console command disable on him to make him disappear (after taking your items off of him) and do both steps again.

If your deathclaw is to big you can click on him and type setscale .75 and that will make him more your size. He does kind of bug out and only want to throw dirt if he is this size. Seems he can't do melee dmg if he's not regular scale is what I found.

If your deathclaw is there but when you click follow he won't follow you click him and type forcerefintoalias companion. That way he should follow you to the ends of the earth.

Now you can set your companions so they level with you as well! Use the command "bat mylevel" Without quotations while it's selected. Now it will level with you.
