Adds lore friendly cloth shipments to many of the vendors in Fallout 4.

To quickly sum this mod up it adds cloth shipments to many vendors in the commonwealth that should have had them to begin with. Certain vendors will carry more cloth than others due to who their customers would be so you still need to travel to buy the maximum amount possible. I created this mod due to the annoyance of long travel when attempting to get more cloth on Survival difficulty and my repeated frustration of vendors who should have cloth lacking it; I was surprised when nobody had created a mod to address this issue so I made some quick edits to certain vendors.
Changes:
All doctors in the commonwealth now carry an ample supply of cloth shipments due to practical use when making bandages; they will be the easiest method of obtaining cloth due to their higher stock amount and spread out locations. Doc Weathers will be carrying the most of all the doctors since he travels the wasteland and capitalizes on making profits between settlements.
Trashcan Carla and Lucas carry a stock of cloth on their rounds across the wasteland.
Moe Cronin in Diamond City who sells swatters now carries cloth shipments due to the fact that he gets his supply of gear from a locker room most likely and a abundance of left over towels, torn clothes, and rags would be available.
Becky Fallons in Diamond City in Fallon's Basement store carries a larger stock of cloth.
Rank 4 settlement vendors for clothing will now be stocked with cloth shipments due to obvious reasons when making and repairing clothing for selling and having excess materials; also doctors in settlements will carry them as well.
Supplies range from 1 to 5 shipments per vendor.
Installation:
Should be compatible with everything even mods that change shipment amounts and prices as long as it is loaded below the mod to edit changes and add the clothing shipments.

Overhauls the value of Shipments and increases the base stock amounts; improves value and cost per resource although it generally makes it more expensive due to buying in larger bulk.
