Removes health bonuses for most sodas and adds AP related bonuses. Gives them a proper function in the game.

Nuka Cola (and Vim) now stand out from other food based items. All soda variants have been changed to be Action point focused. I essentially removed the healing effects and replaced them with fortify AP effects. I also made a few other minor changes to distinguish flavors from each other.
Fortify AP effects range from 5-30 AP for 2-15 minutes. So you might get a short buff with a lot of AP or a long minor buff or something in between.
Compared to the massive healing properties of vanilla stats, this seems entirely reasonable.
Designed to work with my Food Balance Overhaul but good for anyone.
I included an optional file with Valdacil's Item sorting tags.
