Not sure if i create buildings people like to use in their play through.
This is how i decorate and what Starlight Fortress might be decorated.
Fort Starlight Decorated.
This player base/settlement is empty as far as decorations so that the player and splash it out to his or her liking. All walls, floors and roofs can be moved or deleted for even more player fun.
This was build using WW items so you need to have this dlc.
Warning: When installing the blueprint stand on the edge of the settlement border or you might find yourself flying or getting stuck.
You need the following mods to remove the old Starlight buildings(you can leave the shed), to increase the build limit and of course place the blueprint .
=Scrap Everything by shadowslasher410 and Kuroitsune
=Settlement Resources Rebalanced by CrushBoss
=Transfer settlements by Cdante
For making it look less like a derelict prison and more like a place to live in I would recommend
=Clean Wasteland Workshop by dgulat (Vanilla look but clean.)
=Lord of the Castle - Wastleland Workshop Concrete by Testarlive (Walls that look like "The Castle.)
=Cleaner Concrete Structures - Wasteland Workshop by Testarlive (Walls in beige, grey or dark grey.)
