Please note, this mod is no longer maintained, sadly :( Maybe when the New Vegas mod comes out I'll look into finally making some progress on it. Sorry everyone!

----

The latest release 0.0.6a is out. The facility was rebuilt from the ground up. Didn't have much time to work on it, so forgive and report any bugs you find. Thank you.

NOTICE: People of the Commonwealth, this mod is an EXTREME work-in-progress. There is much to do, but your encouragement will help me get to work faster. Also, there is a section below where I have requested help with certain aspects that are beyond my technical expertise. If you wish to contribute, please proclaim your support in the comments section, or assist me in tackling the things I can't do. Also note that this page, the TODOs, etc. are all subject to change without notice.

Description:
This mod adds a player settlement/home in the ocean just before the end of the map, east of Boston. It is Control Station Enclave 2.0. It is not designed to be as massive of a structure as the original in the Pacific (Fallout 2), but I hope it will ultimately be impressive nonetheless and inspire modders better than I to make more Enclave-themed mods. There are throwbacks to Fallout 2 in small details that you will discover, and there will be things reminiscent of the original Oil Rig.

Certain areas will intentionally be left bare so that you may use your boundless creativity to fill the floors to your own liking, while others will be meticulously detailed. I will exclude certain objects from the scrap-able list, but will attempt to include most that will not break the facility.

All suggestions appreciated!

[Partially] Completed Floors:
1. Entry Area
2. N/A - this floor was left un-utilized. Due to the pieces used in construction of floors one and three, there are objects preventing me from building here.
3. Entry Observation
4. Living Quarters 1 - Gym, Bathroom, Enlisted Dormitory, Company Grade Officers' Dormitory, Field Grade Officers' Quarters
5. Dining Facility, Power Armor Garage, Armory/Shooting Range, Spare Room
6. Joint Operations Center (JOC) 1 - Ops Floor
7. Joint Operations Center 2 - Battle Cab and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Office
8. Holding Cells, Specimen Observation Rooms, Specimen Surgical Center
9. Base Exchange (will be clothing, food, bar vendors), Common Area, Presidential Access Security Checkpoint, Hangar Access, Flight Deck Acess (TODO)
10. Congressional Chamber
11. Presidential Floor 1 - War Room, Conference/Briefing Room
12. Preidential Waiting Area, Presidential Office, Presidential Quarters, Presidential Panic Room
13. Presidential Access Level

Misc. TODOs (in no hierarchical order)
1. The entire outside of the facility:
   a. Dock
   b. Catwalks (inc. access from interior floors)
   c. Flight Deck
2. A possible sub-level (underwater) to add more room (a BIG "maybe")
3. Navmesh of floors 1-12 (once completed)
4. LOD from Downtown
5. Performance Optimization
   a. Room makers
   b. Portal markers
NOTE: I do not plan on making interior/exterior cells. The facility is so far out in the ocean that there's really not much to be loaded besides the facility itself.
6. Making the pre-placed beds count as settlement beds
7. A mainland-bunker to use for the discovery quest
8. NPC Idle markers

Requests for help from the community:
1. Custom Objects:
    a. Presidential Seal using the DIA Logo as the base.
    b. Possibly a Department of the Army Seal as well?
    c. Re-color of the fluorescent floor light objects to be Enclave-blue rather than white
    d. A custom door similar to either the ones from Fallout 2, or the Enclave bunker doors from Fallout 3 would be ridiculously badass
    e. Custom Signs (preferably Vault-style) for facilities such as the Flight Deck, Presidential Rooms, etc.
    f. The floor art from the entry corridor in Fallout 2.
2. Scripting
    a. Quest
       1. Jesus, like pretty much the entire thing. I'm so awful at scripting in general. I already have a preliminary plan for the Quest, and I'll learn to write it myself if I have to, but this is a large project and I would prefer to focus my attention on the design of the facility, which I believe to be my strongsuit.
NOTE: Tentative quest plan goes like this: 1. Typical Radio Station, 2. Bunker, 3. Note and instructions for Sole Survivor, 4. PC enters facility, it's on security lock-down, PC must fight robots, get to Presidential Level terminal to lift lock-down.
    b. Vertibirds
       1. Fast travel would be nice. People of course can use the [absolutely fantastic] Vertibird Overhaul mod on their own, but I'm certain Vertibrain will have problems landing at the facility.
       2. Would be nice for PC to, once settlement has grown, have the option to have Vertibirds flying around and running "missions" from flight deck.
3. A console port, maybe? (after completion, of course)

Current Priorities (in order):
1. Finish the remaining structure and LOD
2. Finish decoration and navmesh
3. Optimize for performance
4. Scripting and Quest
