I changed a Minuteman flag to an Anarcho-Capitalism or Anarcho-Communism flag

Instruction
1.open fallout4.ini (basically in C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\Fallout4)
2.find and change the line sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\ by sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES
3.download files
4.extract folder textures to your Fallout 4 data location for example C:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout 4\Data
5.ready
doesn't work with NMM yet
