Custom armour/outfit with separate accessories. 
The outfit and body accessories are for males only, vanilla body.
Head accessories can be worn by females too. 

Contains a base outfit, separately equippable vest, arm pieces, and some headgear. 

It's basically a port of an outfit i made for New Vegas, with some minor changes.

Contents:

 - Base Outfit
      10 damage and energy resistance
      + 1 endurance and agility
      Can have ballistic weave
      Can be worn with other armour pieces (but legs are clippy)
 - Arm addons (left and right)
      3 damage and energy resistance each
 - Vest
      5 damage and energy resistance
      + 1 agility
      Can have ballistic weave
 - Vest + Breastplate
      7 damage and energy resistance
      + 1 endurance
      Can have ballistic weave
 - Cap
      + 1 luck
 - Goggles
      Can be modded to have night vision (it's the night person effect, nothing fancy)
      + 1 perception
 - Goggles on forehead and goggles on neck
      Only for the looks obviously

  Can be made at the Armorsmith workbench
      Outfit: Armor mfd
      Arm addons: Accessories - Arm addons
      Vests: Separates - Vests
      Cap: Headgear - Hats
      Goggles: Accessories mfd

  You need lvl 1 armorer perk to make them.
  For ballisitc weave you obviously need the specific quest completed.

Install:
Simple, with mod manager, or copy the contents of the data folder into your f4 data folder, and activate the esp

Issues:
The outfit and body accessories are for MALES ONLY, and that won't change in the future. 
Clipping issues with some animations.
Rigging not perfect, but tolerable. 
Might have some problems with dismemberment.
Textures are 2k and i won't add any higher resolution ones. 
The base outfit legs are clippy with leg armour pieces (recommend "concealed armors" mod that allows to make armour pieces invisible)

Permissions and credits:
Nexus only. I can't test it on consoles. It probably isn't optimal either. (If someone tests it properly and finds it ok i might give it a go)
You may use it in your mod if you ask me first.
Nothing from any other mod or any game was used.
Ca. 95% of the assest were made by me (the left arm bullet-pouch thing is from the game).

Additional grumpy notes:
I've already put more work into this port than i planned to by turning it into a more acceptable f4 mod, so please don't ask to add things or change stuff, especially not skimpy female version for CBBLMBTQ bouncy tittes body.
If you find the quality below what you prefer, please keep the mean comments for yourself. I am no modeler and learned how to do this from youtube, I made this all by myself in my free time, on my crappy pc, so feel free to do something better (you probably can). I ported it because i wanted to have it, and i am satisfied.
The original fnv version has a radio on the left arm, i've changed that because i wanted to. 
I won't port any of my other new vegas outfits, because they use new vegas assets so it would be illegal.
