Place in your settlements and you'll have 100 happiness in no time (assuming you've met all the needs first as happiness is capped until you do)

It has been brought to my attention that most happiness increasing mods (inc. this one) do not do so properly (something to do with scripting) 

I shall leave this mod up so as not to **** up anyone's load order but not use in future playthroughs.
