About this mod

In Fallout 4 with FROST Survival Simulator, you are unable to plant any of the crops available in the original game; what this mod aims to achieve is to re-implement the crops from the vanilla game in a way that might make you think about the resources you're committing to them, in order to add some semblance of a balance. Now with added Fungus!

Hello there! UberDan here with a mod for Fallout 4, with an emphasis toward FROST Survival Simulator although it is not required.

In Fallout 4 with FROST Survival Simulator, you are unable to plant any of the crops available in the original game; what this mod aims to achieve is to re-implement the crops from the vanilla game in a way that might make you think about the resources you're committing to them, in order to add some semblance of a balance.

What this means, is that I've duplicated the vanilla crops and increased the requirements for planting them.

In total, you need:

• 5 of the Plant (Standard or Wild)
• 2 Fertilizer
• 2 Purified Water
• A Shovel or Hoe in your inventory (Not consumed, but required.)

1. To start the process, head to a Chemistry Station and find the category labeled FARMING.
2. You'll see all the Seed Goop recipes using both Standard and Wild variants when applicable.
3. After crafting your Seed Goop, grab a Shovel or a Hoe, and open the Workshop Crafting Menu.
4. Navigate to Resources > Food and you'll see any plants possible with the Goop you've created.
5. Please remember that the crops still require a Settler to tend them as well as time in order to grow.

The only change I made to a plant was to lower the Food Value of my Mutfruit Plant to .5 to bring it in line with the others.

If you don't see the recipes in the Workshop Menu, then you either don't have any Seed Goop, or you don't have Shovel or Hoe. Without these things, the crops will not show up.

I'm not sure why I would need to upload this to consoles, but if there is want for it, then I'm willing to look into it. Same goes for Bethesda.net in general.

UPDATE with version 0.9: Glowing Fungus and Brain Fungus can now be grown in the same fashion.
Please feel free to report bugs and I'll see what I can do. As far as suggestions or criticism, I can only promise to keep an open mind but time will tell.
