Why I made this mod:
It was a simple recommendation by Vizan in the comments from my Fallout Time Replacer. It looked cool so I made it for the fella, hope you enjoy it!

How it works:
It simply replaces the main menu video/audio

How to install:
Use NMM
Or 
Just drag the data file into your main fallout folder
-somthing like this C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4
-replace any files
