Animated Waving Bottle and Cappy Statues

In the Nuka-World workshop menu you can create Bottle and Cappy statues, but they are static and don't move. However in the DLC there are ones that actually wave, but you couldn't build. Now you can.

There are three versions of each Bottle and Cappy statues, dirty, clean (though not really THAT clean tbh, more...I dunno, brighter) and broken. The broken one doesn't wave properly* and I wasn't sure whether to include it or not, but I thought I may as well.

You'll still have to do all the Nuka-World stuff before you can build them, and they're in the same catagory as the others.

*Uhh, to be clear, it's meant to do that. I didn't break it. Honest!

Bugs/Conflicts

None, the statues are new objects as well as their recipies to construct.
